WG rooms in Cologne Kalk WG Zimmer in Köln Kalk

We are located quite exactly between the two railway stations Kalk Post and Kalk Chapel (lines 1 and 9) - both can be reached in approx. 10 minutes and is thus only one to two stations from TH Deutz. In addition, the bus 159 also drives, whose stop is reached in 6 minutes on foot. Also on the other side of the Rhine you are super fast.
In just 5 minutes you will find the next Aldi and a few meters further the McFit in lime if you want to go to the gym.
Besides the station Kalk Post, there are also the Cologne Arcaden, where you can find almost everything from REWE, Dm to Pull & Bear to Media Markt. By train you also get to the Deutzer Freiheit, where you can walk along the Rhine.

Wir liegen ziemlich genau zwischen den beiden Bahnstationen Kalk Post und Kalk Kapelle (Linie 1 und 9) - beide erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten und ist damit nur eine bis zwei Stationen von der TH Deutz entfernt. Zudem fährt hier auch der Bus 159, dessen Haltstelle man in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Auch auf der anderen Rheinseite ist man super schnell.
In nur 5 Minuten findet man den nächstgelegenden Aldi und ein paar Meter weiter das McFit in Kalk, falls du ins Gym gehen möchtest.
Neben der Station Kalk Post befinden sich außerdem die Köln Arcaden, in denen du von REWE, Dm über Pull & Bear bis hin zu Media Markt fast alles finden kannst. Mit der Bahn kommt man außerdem auch schnell zur Deutzer Freiheit, wo man schön am Rhein entlang spazieren kann.

You would be living with Lea and the other roommate who has to be found:

I am Lea, 26 years old. I studied education and ethnology, but I'm working in retail. I like great music (no worries mostly headphones lol), creative such as characters or tattoos and walking out into nature, flea markets or sometimes in restaurants and bars. I look forward to a harmonious and relaxed coexistence :)

Ich bin Lea, 26 Jahre alt. Ich habe Erziehungswissenschaften und Ethnologie studiert, arbeite aber gerade im Einzelhandel. Ich mag super gern Musik (no worries meistens Kopfhörer lol), Kreatives wie Zeichen oder Tätowieren und Rausgehen in die Natur, zu Flohmärkten oder auch mal gern in Restaurants und Bars. Ich freue mich auf ein harmonisches und entspanntes Zusammenleben :)

The cost of internet and electricity could still deviate depending on what you're doing for contracts, as both are still running on me. The discount of 240 € is for the washing machine, which was purchased in August 2024 and for the purchase of the router.

Die Kosten für Internet und Strom könnten noch abweichen, je nachdem was ihr für Verträge abschließt, da beide noch auf mich laufen. Der Abschlag in Höhe von 240 € ist für die Waschmaschine, die im August 2024 neu angeschafft wurde und für den Kauf des Routers.

Gib uns gerne gleich Bescheid, ab wann du einziehen könntest. Ich würde mir den 15.05. wünschen, aber theoretisch könnte es auch der 01.06. werden, das muss noch mit der Vermieterin abgeklärt werden.
