For my roommate Johanna, I'm looking for a new roommate or roommate.
Johanna is 27 years old, is still completely new in Cologne and works as a physiotherapist.

- Your room would be the largest of the apartment, with caapp 20qm (see cross section)
- The rent is about 820 EUR warm.
- The deposit is 1500 EUR, plus a discount for the kitchenette of 500 EUR.

At present, this is predominantly furnished, but can be redesigned according to our common ideas. The square meters of the room are an estimated value.

Description of object:
Light-flooded 3-room apartment, freshly renovated, with 2 balconies, daylight band and elevator.
The apartment is located in the 3rd OG, which you can easily reach by elevator. Both access to the house and access to the apartment are barrier-free.
A total of 85 square meters are distributed over 3 rooms (no through-room), a kitchen and a bathroom with large window and bathtub.
The apartment also has 2 balconies facing south-west and east.
The south-west balcony is accessible from two rooms as well as from the kitchen, the eastern balcony is facing the courtyard and can be reached via the third room (living room).

Hey, ich bin Alex und werde am 30.06 aus meiner schönen Zweier WG Nähe Hansaring ausziehen.
Für meine Mitbewohnerin Johanna suche ich nun eine eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
Johanna ist 27 Jahre alt, ist selbst noch ganz neu in Köln und arbeitet als Physiotherapeutin.

- Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und ist ca. 85qm groß
- Dein Zimmer wäre das größte der Wohnung, mit kapp 20qm (siehe Querschnitt)
- Die Miete liegt bei knapp 820 EUR Warm.
- Die Kaution beträgt 1500 EUR, dazu kommt ein Abschlag für die Küchenzeile von 500 EUR.

Zur Zeit ist diese überwiegend möbliert, kann jedoch nach Unseren gemeinsamen Vorstellungen umgestaltet werden. Bei den Quadratmetern des Zimmers handelt es sich um einen Schätzwert.

Objektbeschreibung:
Lichtdurchflutete 3-Zimmerwohnung, frisch renoviert, mit 2 Balkonen, Tageslichtband und Aufzug.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG, welches Sie bequem per Aufzug erreichen. Sowohl der Hauszugang als auch der Wohnungszugang sind barrierefrei.
Insgesamt ca. 85 qm verteilen sich auf 3 Zimmer (keine Durchgangszimmer), eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit großem Fenster und Badewanne.
