Ich suche eine*n Untermieter*in vom 01.09.2024 bis zum 28.02.2025 während meines Erasmus.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im frisch renovierten ESG Wohnheim, weshalb es notwendig ist, dass du immatrikuliert bist. Das Zimmer ist 10,8 m2 und du hast dein eigenes Badezimmer und teilst dir die große Küche mit einigen anderen Mitbewohner*innen. Auch wenn das Wohnheim der ESG gehört, ist es konfessionslos. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähre zur Uni und zum ÖPNV. Das Zimmer liegt im 2.OG (mit Aufzug) auf der Nordseite. Es steht möbliert zur Verfügung und ist in bestem Zustand, da das Wohnheim 2020 nach der Renovierung neu eröffnet wurde.
Das Zimmer kostet mit allen Nebenkosten WLAN usw. 406€ im Monat.
Im Haus darf nicht geraucht werden. Kostenlose Waschmaschinen im Keller. Fahrradkeller verfügbar.

I am looking for a sublet from the 01.09.2024 until the 28.02.2025 during my Erasmus exchange. The room is in the freshly renovated ESG student dormitory, so being a student at a university is necessary. The room is 10.8 m2 and has it's own bathroom. The large kitchen is shared with the other roommates. The dorm belongs to the protestant student community but being religious is not a requirement at all. The dorm is in close proximity to the university and public transport. The room is on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) on the north side of the dorm. It is furnished and in good condition, as the dorm was renovated in 2020. The room along with utilities including internet etc. cost 406€ a month. One cannot smoke in the house. There are free washing machines in the basement and there is bike storage available.
Universität, Uniklinik und Aachener Weiher sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Busse fahren auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Die Linie 1 und 9 sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The university, university clinics and the Aachener Weiher are a few minutes away by foot. Buses comes every 5-10 minutes on the other side of the street and the streetcar lines 1 and 9 are 10 minutes away by foot. The closest grocery store is just 2 minutes away.
Wir sind eine gemischte Gemeinschaft mit Internationalen Studierenden aus vielen verschiedenen Studiengängen. Du kannst leicht Anschluss finden, wenn du an Gemeinschaft interessiert bist, kannst dich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, in dem gegrillt werden kann, außerdem gibt es Gemeinschaftsräume und Lernräume im Keller. Wir haben auch einen sehr netten Hausmeister, der bei Probleme und Fragen jederzeit hilft.
Da du dir die Küche mit den 19 anderen Mitbewohner*innen teilst ist es notwendig, dass du die Küche immer ordentlich hinterlässt, den Müll korrekt trennst und dich am Küchendienst beteiligst (Küchendienst bedeutet, dass jede Woche 5 Personen dafür zuständig sind den Müll raus zubringen und einige weitere Aufgaben in der Küche zu erfüllen).

We are a mixed community with many international students as well from many different majors. You can easily find connections if you are interested in community, but one can also spend time for oneself. There is a nice garden in which one can grill, and there are community and study rooms in the basement. There is a nice janitor/caretaker of the building that can help with any problems or questions. Since the kitchen is shared with 19 other roommates it is necessary for the kitchen to be left clean after one uses it, to separate the trash and to take part in the kitchen cleaning groups (each week 5 people take part in taking out the trash and doing a few other tasks around the kitchen).
