I’m looking for someone responsible to sub rent my room while I’m away. The most important thing is someone clean and responsible that can take care of my things. It’s a shared flat with two girls in Alt Lindenthal, 10 minutes away from the university walking and nearby to all public transportation.
Since I’m sub renting the place there would not be possible to provide city registration (anmeldung).
There are many supermarkets a few minutes away (Edeka, DM, Rossman, Bio, Aldi, Rewe), there are three nice parks nearby and nice coffee places.
The house has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms! The room is fully furnished with a double bad, a table to study with a comfortable chair, a wardrobe, mirror and side tables!
The common areas are also fully furnished! There is also a laundry room in the building on ground floor!You can come to vist the room in person :)
