Mein Zimmer wird zum 01.02.2025 frei! Es ist ein gemütliches Zimmer, in dem du Platz für alles wichtige hast und sogar quasi Ausblick auf den Aachener Weiher hast. Die Möbel (Bett + Lattenrost, Vorhänge, Lampe und Kleiderschrank) müsste übernommen werden. Das Zimmer kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden.
Die Lage ist sehr gut! Aldi ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. DM und andere Supermärkte sind etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Man ist direkt beim Aachener Weiher und am Grüngürtel. Die nächste Bahnstation ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und mit der 1 oder 7 ist man sehr schnell überall.
Wir sind eine sehr aktive WG, aber wenn du mal deine Ruhe braucht ist auch keiner böse :) Allerdings ziehen 3 von 4 Mitbewohnern aus, womit sich dann eine ganz neue WG Konstellation ergeben wird.
