Dein Zimmer ist ca. 23m² groß und verfügt über ein sehr großes Fenster in Südrichtung sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf den Clarenbachkanal. Das Zimmer ist komplett unmöbliert, optional kann ich allerdings ein Bett und den Kleiderschrank aus dem Bild stellen.
Unsere WG befindet sich in Lindenthal, einem der beliebten Stadtteile von Köln und dort mitten im grünen Clarenbachkanal. Die Lage ist sowohl zentral als auch ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Wir, Anna (27, Medizinstudentin) und Lina (26, Spoho-Studentin) und ich (29, mein Zimmer übernimmst du) sind aufgeschlossene und ordentliche Mitbewohner, die Wert auf ein harmonisches WG-Leben legen. Wir sind keine typischen Partygänger, aber auch nicht langweilig und unternehmen auch mal etwas zusammen, wie z.B. montags zum Sneak Preview gehen.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 750€ pro Monat inklusive aller Nebenkosten (GEZ, Internet, Heizung, Strom). Es wird keine Nachzahlung auf dich zukommen.
