Hey ,
Wir sind Hannes und Phil, beide 23, und wohnen in Lindenthal, nur 7 Minuten von der Linie 9 entfernt, direkt am Hermeskeiler Platz. Die Haltestelle Deckstein mit der 146 ist nur 1 Minute entfernt – also super Anbindung! In 10 Minuten seid ihr an der Uni, in 15 Minuten am Brüsseler Platz.
Wir sind zwei entspannte und offene Dudes, studieren beide und arbeiten nebenbei. Wir quatschen gerne, trinken auch mal ein Bier zusammen, und insgesamt herrscht bei uns eine lockere Atmosphäre.
Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist schön groß (22qm). Die Wohnung hat zwei Toiletten und je einen Balkon pro Seite. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 86qm gross (ohne die Balkone eingerechnet). Außerdem seid ihr schnell am Decksteiner Weiher, falls ihr mal raus ins Grüne wollt. Der Gesamtpreis mit allem drum und dran liegt bei 595€.
Wir sind jetzt nicht super pingelig, aber ein gewisser Standard an Sauberkeit ist uns schon wichtig – einfach so, dass sich alle wohlfühlen.
