Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 Quadrameter groß. Es hat ein 1,40 Meter breites Bett, eine Kleiderstrange sowie einen Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, alles wird während der Untervermietung drin bleiben. Der Boden ist Echtholz.
Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und einen Waschtrockner. Das WC ist getrennt. Die Küche hat eine Spühlmaschine.

The room is about 14 square metres in size. It has a 1.40 metre wide bed, a clothes rail and a desk with swivel chair, all of which will remain inside during the sublet. The floor is parquet.
There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and a washer-dryer. The WC is separate. The kitchen has a dishwasher.
Die Wohung liegt in einem Innenhof, sodass die Aachener Straße kaum zu hören ist. Die Straßenbahnen (1/7/9/13) sind vier Minuten entfernt. Gleich gegenüber ist der Melatenfriedhof sowie etwa zehn Minuten entfernt der Stadtwald. Die Dürener Straße mit mehreren Supermärlten und Dogerien ist etwa zehn Gehminuten entfernt und die Aachener Straße selbst ist natürlich auch gleich da. Man ist auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt / der Uni / eigentlich überall.

The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, so you can hardly hear the Aachener Straße. The trams (1/7/9/13) are four minutes away. The Melatenfriedhof is directly opposite and the Stadtwald forest is about ten minutes away. Dürener Straße with several supermarkets and dog shops is about a ten-minute walk away and Aachener Straße itself is of course just around the corner. You can also get to the city centre/university/pretty much anywhere very quickly.
Du wirst mit meiner Partnerin Selina (25) und unserem Mitbewohner Louis (23) zusammen wohnen. Selina macht gerade ihren MA in Informationsverarbeitung, Louis arbeitet. Beide sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und machen auch gerne mal eine "soirée culturelle" zusammen. Da essen wir gemeinsam und schauen einen Film auf unserem Beamer und du kannst auch sehr gerne dabei sein und einen Film vorschlagen! Ansonsten sind wir auch einfach gerne mal zusammen am Esstisch und quatschen miteinander, mal auf Deutsch, mal auf Französisch, wie's gerade passt. Englisch geht natürlich auch.

You'll be living with my girlfriend Selina (25) and our flatmate Louis (23). Selina is currently doing her MA in Informationsverarbeitung, Louis is working. Both speak German, English and French.
We are not a functional flat share and like to organise a ‘soirée culturelle’ together every now and then where we have dinner together and watch a film on our projector. You are very welcome to join and suggest a film! Otherwise, we just like to sit together at the dining table and chat, sometimes in German, sometimes in French, as the mood takes us. Of course, English is possible as well!
Die Miete ist alles in allem 750 Euro. Wenn für dich das Zimmer für einen leicht abweichenden Zeitraum interessant ist, schreib uns trotzdem gerne. Online-Besichtigungen sind möglich.
