Cosy room in warm professional WG Gemütliches Zimmer in herzlicher Berufstätigen-WG

Our WG is located in the beautiful, quiet district of Lindenthal, one of the greenest and most relaxed corners of Cologne. In just a five-minute walk you are in the city forest that is perfect for walking, jogging or simply turning off in the green. Here you will find the ideal mixture of tranquility and proximity to the city.

The connection is top: The apartment is located exactly between tram lines 9 and 7/13. So you're in the city centre, in Ehrenfeld or in the Belgian neighborhood. Sülz and Klettenberg are also easily accessible by bike or on foot.

Supermarkets such as REWE and net as well as many small cafés and bakeries are within walking distance to Dürener Straße, one of the more lively streets here in Veedel.

As an enthusiastic runner and racing cyclist, I have particularly appreciated the situation. The Stadtwald is a popular meeting place for many groups of races, and numerous race bike groups in the direction of Cologne's west lead right past the apartment. The Spoho or the stadium are also easily accessible from here. The WG is ideal for those who like to be active.

Unsere WG liegt im wunderschönen, ruhigen Stadtteil Lindenthal, eine der grünsten und entspanntesten Ecken Kölns. In nur fünf Gehminuten ist man im Stadtwald, der sich perfekt zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder einfach zum Abschalten im Grünen eignet. Hier findet man wirklich die ideale Mischung aus Ruhe und Stadtnähe.

Die Anbindung ist top: Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den Straßenbahnlinien 9 und 7/13. Man ist also schnell in der Innenstadt, in Ehrenfeld oder auch im Belgischen Viertel. Auch Sülz und Klettenberg sind direkt ums Eck und easy mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Supermärkte wie REWE und Netto sowie viele kleine Cafés und Bäckereien befinden sich fußläufig in Richtung Dürener Straße, einer der belebteren Straßen hier im Veedel.

Als begeisterter Läufer und Rennradfahrer habe ich die Lage besonders geschätzt. Der Stadtwald ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt für viele Laufgruppen, und zahlreiche Rennrad-Grouprides Richtung Kölner Westen führen unweit an der Wohnung vorbei. Auch die Spoho oder das Stadionbad sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Die WG ist also ideal für alle, die gerne aktiv unterwegs sind.

Chris, our WG elder, has lived here since 2019, is passionate about playing basketball and is an excellent cook. With the connoisseur and his cordial circle of friends, it is always relaxed, whether in paddle games, on the table tennis table, when cooking together or else between cozy brunch and a few celiacs in the Golden Shot.

From May onwards, Lucas is moving as an intermediate renter for Lena (30) who has just broken up for a trip to South America. Lucas is a lot on the skateboard and has a good eye for photography.

Overall, we have a very friendly, open relationship. We are not a purpose WG and do not want to do so in the future.
Can you imagine going with us in the park or in cafes to let the evening sound in a cozy round when cooking together?

Chris, unser WG-Ältester, wohnt seit 2019 hier, spielt leidenschaftlich gern Basketball und ist ein hervorragender Koch. Mit dem Genießer und seinem herzlichen Freundeskreis geht’s immer entspannt zu, ganz egal, ob beim Paddelspielen, an der Tischtennisplatte, beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder bei auch sonst allem zwischen gemütlichem Brunch und ein paar Kölsch im Goldenen Schuss.

Ab Mai zieht Lucas als Zwischenmieter für Lena (30) ein, die gerade zu einer Reise nach Südamerika aufgebrochen ist. Lucas ist viel auf dem Skateboard unterwegs und hat ein gutes Auge für Fotografie.

Insgesamt herrscht bei uns ein sehr freundschaftliches, offenes Miteinander. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und möchten das auch in Zukunft nicht werden.

In addition to all its advantages already mentioned, the WG also offers a beautiful balcony to the garden, which can be used by all three parties of the house. The garden is accessible via the laundry room in the basement, where we also have a compartment for additional storage space.

Since I have re-orientated myself professionally and it takes me back to nature, I will return to Koblenz, where I spent many years of my 20s. With a crying and a laughing eye, I therefore leave Cologne and this great WG constellation.

I want to hand over my room furnished. The bed with bedding boxes, the desk (depending on the agreement also with the Vitra chair and carpet), the sideboards and the wardrobe must be taken over against a discount of 700€. I'd like to leave the visual protection lakes on the windows.

Die WG bietet neben all ihren bereits erwähnten Vorzügen auch einen wunderschönen Balkon zum Garten, der übrigens von allen drei Parteien des Hauses mitbenutzt werden kann. Der Garten ist über die Waschküche im Keller zugänglich, wo wir auch ein Abteil für zusätzlichen Stauraum haben.

Da ich mich beruflich umorientiert habe und es mich wieder mehr in die Natur zieht, werde ich nach Koblenz zurückkehren, wo ich viele Jahre meiner 20er verbracht habe. Mit einem weinenden und einem lachenden Auge verlasse ich deshalb Köln und diese tolle WG-Konstellation.

Ich möchte mein Zimmer möbliert übergeben. Das Bett mit Bettkästen, der Schreibtisch (gerne je nach Einigung auch mit dem Vitra-Stuhl und Teppich), die Sideboards sowie der Kleiderschrank müssen gegen einen Abschlag von 700€ übernommen werden. Die von mir angebrachten Sichtschutz-Plissees lasse ich gerne an den Fenstern.
