The available room is located on the 3rd floor, adjacent to a small shared bathroom. It is a bright room that comfortably accommodates a large bed, a desk, a wardrove, and a drower. The room comes furnished with a bed frame (without a mattress), a large desk, and a desk chair and some additional forniture (negotiable). A fee of 100 Euros is required for these pieces of furniture.
Our house is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Bahnhof Mühlheim, where you can catch lines 13 or 18, taking you to Cologne Central Station in 15 minutes, as well as regional transport options and S-Bahn. Within a 5-minute walking distance, you'll find several supermarkets including Kaufland, Karadag, and Rewe.
You will share the apartment with 4 other people:
Paul (24) works for a regional newspaper. He enjoys deep conversations and cooking. In his free time, he likes to ride the bike in the Cologne region.
Wuk (27) is currently doing his Master course. He is very chill, social and enjoys a good conversation. In his free time, he plays the guitar and cooks corean vegetarian food.
John (27) an aerospace engineer from India working at the German Aerospace Center in Porz. Enjoys watching standup comedy and anime, going to the cinema, baking cheesecake, singing karaoke, and tackling escape rooms.
Linda (29) has recently completed her master's and is going to start an internship in education. In her free time, she loves working out, travels a lot and enjoys cooking Colombian food.
Our apartment spans the 2nd and 3rd floors and is barrier-free. We share two bathrooms and a large kitchen. Additionally, there is a spacious garden with a lovely terrace and a cellar with two washing machines accessible to the entire house.
Please note that this is not a "Zweck-WG" (a purely functional shared apartment). We are looking for someone who is interested in participating in our shared activities and who also takes the initiative to plan something.
Additionally, please be aware that the spoken language in our house is English.
