Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm, hat zwei große Fenster und dunkles Laminat. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken. Vor dem Fenster ist ein großer Ahornbaum.
Die Möbel kommen alle raus und du kannst dich also frei entfalten :)
Zufuss ereicht man Supermärkte, Drogerie und einen Bäcker. Zum Rhein sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten. Hier lässt sich der Sommer gut verbringen. Am weg dahin kommt man am Haldi Spoon vorbei.
Kulturbunker und Schanzenviertel sind in direkter Umgebung.
Du wirst mit Aislinn zusammnen Wohnen. Sie ist eine liebe und ruhige Mitbewohnerin die sich für Mode und Design begeistert. Wir habe nie einen Putzplan gebraucht.
Aslinn wird in den nächsten Monaten auch ausziehen deswegen die Befristung. Evtl kann aber mit den Vermietern über einen neuen Mietvertrag gesprochen werden.
Wir habe gerade eine neue Spülmaschine gekauft deswegen hätte ich für die Küche gerne einen Abschlag von 400€
