Das WG Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß, gemütlich geschnitten und durch die Fensterfront lichtdurchflutet.
Die Fensterfront ist zu einer Seitenstraße gerichtet, was einwenig mehr Ruhe bedeutet.
Ebenso ist das Zimmer bereits möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank).
Unsere WG besteht aus zwei Badezimmern, einer Küche mit Essbereich und natürlich 5 WG Zimmern.
Zusätzlich haben wir eine Dachterasse, die aber noch renoviert werden muss.
The free room is about 17 m², comfortably laid out and flooded with light because of the window front.
The window front faces a side road. Therefore, it's more quiet.
Moreover, the room is already furnished (bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe).
Our shared flat consists of two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area and of course 5 rooms.
We also have a roof terrace, which still needs to be renovated.
Unsere WG liegt super zentral in Mülheim, direkt am Wiener Platz. Somit hat man den Vorteil Anbindung an den Bus-, Bahn-, und Zugverkehr zu haben.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind direkt vor der Tür und somit fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner, aber schöner Park ist auch direkt um die Ecke und das Rheinufer erreicht man auch in wenigen Minuten.
Our shared flat is very centrally located in Mülheim, near Wiener Platz. This gives you the advantage of being connected to bus, tram and train services.
All shopping facilities for daily needs are right outside the door and therefore within walking distance. A small but beautiful park is also just around the corner and the Rhine can also be reached in a few minutes.

Lina (sie/ihr) ist 21 und studiert Soziale Arbeit sie ist eine offene Person, weswegen sie sich gerne auf Gespräche jeglicher Art einlässt.Kochen tut sie auch gerne und wenn man Glück hat, kriegt man auch mal etwas ab. Ansonsten liebt sie Trash-TV und ab und zu auch Sport. Da sie ein Fan von Gesellschaftsspielen ist, kannst du bei gemeinsamen Interesse dich auf gemeinsame Abende mit verschiedenen Spielen freuen!
Chantal (sie/ihr) ist 25 Jahre alt und arbeitet als pädagogische Fachkraft in einer Kita. Sie ist eine sehr offene und herzliche Person, die immer gerne für Gespräche offen ist. Sie geht gerne in Cafés und liebt es Wandern zu gehen. Außerdem schaut sie gerne Animes, malt ab und zu und liest gerne Mangas und Romane.
Sie nimmt auch gerne an gemütlichen WG Aktivitäten wie Spieleabende, gemeinsamen kochen oder Filmabende teil.
Ich, Connor (er/dey) bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Soziale Arbeit im dualen System. Ich bin sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und lerne gerne neue Menschen kennen. In meiner Freizeit höre ich gerne Musik und gehe auch ab und zu auf Konzerte.
Zudem tausche ich mich gerne über Bücher, Serien und queere Popkultur aus.
Ich bin immer offen für gemütliche WG Abende.
Your possible new roommates:
Lina (she/her), is 21 and studies social work. She's an open-minded person, which is why she likes to get involved in conversations of any kind. Apart from that, she loves trash TV and sports from time to time. As she's a fan of board games, you can look forward to evenings together with different games if you're interested!
Chantal (she/her) is 25 years old. She currently works as a kindergartener.
She's a really open-minded and kind person who's always open to chat. She likes to try out new coffee shops and loves hiking. Moreover, she likes to watch animes, to paint and sometimes read mangas and novels.
She also likes to participate in cosy activities like playing board games, cooking, or movie nights in our shared flat.
I, Connor (he/they) am 21 years old and study social work in the dual system. I'm very friendly, open-minded and enjoy meeting new people. In my free time, I like to listen to music and occasionally go to concerts.
I also enjoy talking about books, series, and queer pop culture.
I'm always open to cosy evenings in our shared flat.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass eine Person einzieht, die aufgeschlossen ist und gerne an einem WG-Leben teilnimmt. Aktivitäten, die wir gerne zusammen machen reichen von zusammen bei Lina auf dem Balkon sitzen und quatschen über kochen bis hin zum Party machen. Genauso respektieren wir natürlich auch, wenn du mal Zeit für dich haben möchtest. Ordnung und Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.
It's important to us that someone moves in who is open-minded and enjoys living in a shared flat. Activities that we like to do together range from sitting on Linas balcony and chatting to cooking and partying. Of course, we also respect it if you want to have some time to yourself.In addition, tidiness is important to us.
