The Appartement is a beautiful cozy and clean "Altbau" with a nice wooden flooring. It has a room as Kitchen + Living Room and another Room, the Bedroom, accessible via the Kitchen.
There is one separate Bathroom with a Toilet and a Shower.
The Kitchen/Livingroom has a Sofa and small Dining Table and is fully furnished.
The Bedroom has 2 beds, one 100*200 and another 140*200. You can have whichever you prefer. A TV, small Workdesk, and an open Wardrobe with a big Mirror and quite some Books in a shelf.

The Appartment is on the 1st floor of The building, with total 4 Floors and 2 Appartements on each Floor.
It is in Mülheim Köln 3 min walk away from the line 4 tram. And Busstation.
With the Line for you are at Messe Deutz in ~12 min. And in the City Center in 20-25 min.
You will be living with me, a Life Science Master Student in his final year. 🔬
I am a easy going person. I do lots of sports and when I am home, I regularly cook. With my Flatmate Sarah, we played lots of Video Games, and watched movies and Animes, she was a huge fan.
She moved out until september for an exchange semester. Thus I am looking for a fill in for the time as it is to expensive for me alone, but I will be covering the bigger bulk of it.
We will have dived duties about the cleaning, and otherwise It's really relaxed.
!! The importan thing is, we share the same room !! So you should be open to not always have your privacy at all times.
I am out from 7am to 5pm Mo-Fr and often away on Weekends, so It's not like we will be sticking to each other, but still sharing the room is not for everyone.

I have a car, so getting groceries, moving in/out should be doable.
If you're moving in new to Cologne for studies, exchange semester or Ausbildung and want to connect with people and are relaxed and easygoing and caring and not of weak nerves or want to get out of your shell^^ then it is a great and cheap opportunity to settle in the city.
The Flat is quite expensive for me alone as a Stundent right now, so it would be great if someone can cover the whole time from now to the end of august, maybe even a month more would be possible, if you need it.
