Ich verreise mit meinem Campervan auf unbestimmte Zeit, daher ist eine unbefristete Miete möglich
Du kannst also zum 01.03.2025 einziehen die Kündigungsfrist beträgt auf beiden seiten mindestens 2 Monate .
Am besten schreibst du kurz etwas zu dir und wir lernen uns persönlich oder per Video call kennen.
Die helle und ruhige 80m2 Altbauwohnung mit großer Küche mit Balkon, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer Bad mit Badewanne bietet alles was man braucht und ist hell und schön eingerichtet.
Spülmaschine , Waschmaschine, Schnelles W-Lan sowie Gitarren und E-Piano gehören zur Ausstattung ; )
Der Bf Mülheim ist direkt ums Eck somit ist man in 12 min am HBF , 15 Min am Hansaring mit der 13 in 20 Min in Ehrenfled

Gute Anbindung durch den Bahnhof Mülheim ( S-Bahn Linien S11,S6,RE KVB Linien 13,18) sowie die Herler Straße ( KVB Linien 3, 13, 18 ) . Man erreicht alle wichtigen umliegenden Städte als auch die beliebten Kölner viertel in ca 15 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind durch ALDI ( 4min),Netto (5min), Kaufland (7Min)sowie ein Kleiner Bäcker und ein Türkischer Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür mehr als ausreichend vorhanden .
