Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz für all deine Möbel. Außerdem ist es sehr hell und in den Innenhof gelegen. Dadurch ist es vor allem nachts sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnug ist in der Nähe des Wiener Platz gelegen. Daher ist man mit diversen Linien der KVB immer gut angebunden. Außderdem ist der Bahnhof Mülheim ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Auch alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie DM, Rewe usw. sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir sind Phillip und Michi.
Phillip ist 21 Jahre alt und arbeitet im einer Grundschule.
Michi ist 25 und arbeitet in der Pflege.
Wir sind offene und kommunikative Menschen und schätzen ein Miteinander in der WG sehr.
Außerdem hat Phillip eine junge Hündin. Also solltest Du keine Angst vor Hunden mitbringen. Sie ist etwas ängstlich, aber hat sie einmal Vetrauen zu Dir aufgebaut wird sie auch mit Dir kuscheln wollen.
Natürlich bringt sie keine Anforderungen für dich. Phillip kümmert sich alleine um seine Hündin.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Die Ruhe des Einzelnen ist genau so wichtig, wie auch das gemeinsame Biertrinken ab und zu.
