Das Zimmer ist fast ganztägig lichtdurchflutet, was aber ein Nachteil mit sich bringt. Es ist zur Straße raus… aber sobald man das Fenster schließt hört man auch nicht mehr viel. Gibt auch nicht viel Verkehr hier.
Die Einrichtung würde ich nach Absprache so lassen oder auch paar Sachen raus nehmen. So wie Computer, Instrumente etc.
Die WG befindet sich am Rand vom Müngersdorf neben Braunsfeld. Vor der Tür fährt direkt der Bus nach Ehrenfeld. Sonst gibt es jeweils in 10 min Entfernung eine S Bahn Station oder Straßen Bahn, die beide 12 min brauchen, um im Herzen von Köln zu sein.
Zu ziehst quasi zeitgleich mit meiner neunen Mitbewohnerin Isabel ein. Sie studiert Gender studies an der Uni. Der andere Mitbewohner ist Alexi und studiert Data sience an der Th-Köln. Ich wohne mit ihm schon 4 Jahre zusammen. Er ist ein ruhiger Kerl mit dem man sich schnell in der Küche über Themen aller Welt verquatscht.
Für den gesamten Zeitraum würde ich 600€ all inklusive nehmen. Und es wäre toll wenn du dich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest :)
