Da ich im von Mitte Januar bis Anfang März außerhalb von Köln arbeiten werde, würde ich mein Zimmer für die Zeit gerne untervermieten. Zeitraum ist ggf. auch flexibel, kürzer ginge, länger nicht. Die Miete ist pro Monat 500 Euro mit allem, für die 6 Wochen wären es dann also 750 Euro.
Es ist ein schönes Zimmer mit Erker und alles da, was man braucht. Ich würde dir dann ein bisschen Stauraum in der Kommode für deine Sachen freiräumen, ansonsten bleibt alles da und kann natürlich gerne mitbenutzt werden :)
Die Haltestelle Subbelrather Straße/Gürtel ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ca. 6 Minuten. Von beiden Haltestellen kommt man super überall hin.
Ganz nach dem Motto: alles kann, nichts muss. Wichtig ist nur, dass du ordentlich und sauber bist :)
