The apartment is located in Neuhrenfeld directly at the stop Nußbaumerstraße, at which you can take the 5 to the city or the 13 to Mülheim or to the southern city. In 10-15 minutes walk you are also at the Ehrenfeld station, which is the gateway to the rest of the city or the rest of the world. The connection is therefore top.

Shopping facilities:
Shops nearby are an ALDI and REWE. In 15 minutes' walk, you'll be at Venloer Street, where you'll get everything you need. From celebration to yoga studio.

There is also much to discover in the vicinity: In about 3 minutes you will be in the Blücher Park, which invites you to sunbathe as well as to beautiful walks or table tennis. In addition, (new)Ehrenfeld has a lot to offer with its many side streets and small cafes - you will certainly not get bored.

Die Wohnung liegt in Neuehrenfeld unmittelbar an der Haltestelle Nußbaumerstraße, an der man mit der 5 in die Stadt oder der 13 auch schnell nach Mülheim oder in die Südstadt fahren kann. In 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bist du auch am Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, der wahlweise das Tor zum Rest der Stadt oder dem Rest der Welt ist. Die Anbindung ist also Top.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind ein ALDI und REWE. In 15 Fußminuten bist du an der Venloer Straße an der du alles bekommst was du brauchst. Von der Feierei bis zum Yogastudio.

Auch sonst gibt es in der nahen Umgebung viel zu entdecken: In ca. 3 Minuten bist du im Blücher Park, der sowohl zum Sonnenbaden als auch zu schönen Spaziergängen oder Tischtennis spielen einlädt. Außerdem hat (Neu-)Ehrenfeld mit seinen vielen Seitenstraßen und kleinen Cafes viel zu bieten - Langweilig wird dir bestimmt nicht.

The apartment in general is very spacious and beautifully cut. In addition to the rooms there is a storage room, a large hallway, 2 daylight baths and a cozy kitchen. At the heart of the apartment is the balcony, which looks out directly to the garden. For 6-8 months a year, the balcony is the WG living room.
There is also a large community garden that can be used by three WG houses. Grilling in summer is also an option!

You'll live with Alex, Lars and Dominik. Everything really great, relaxed, open and warm people!

Alex loves the distance as well as life in the parking belt. If he doesn't experience adventures on vacation, he'll take the time with a lot of skates, see friends and do cool things. He is always looking forward to a cupcake in the kitchen or hanging on the balcony.

Lars is a skilled orthopedic engineer and works part-time remotely in the digital 3D sector – either from home or even from the most remote corners of the world. If he's not on the go, or if he's a little crafty in the WG, he's active athletic: With Alex, for example, he goes running, skating, surfing, boulders or swimming. He also has a creative side and uses the WG occasionally for a spontaneous tattoo session.

Dominik is the latest in the WG and brings some energy. It is sporty, sympathetic and always have to cook for a joint round. If he doesn't teach at school, he's usually on his bike.

The past coexistence was very relaxed and thoughtful. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable and respect the needs of everyone! If the door is closed, it's closed. But, of course, we are always happy about common chilling in the kitchen or on the balcony.
We like it very well and are very happy that our cleaning plan works! Wish us also for the future that this remains 🧚🏼

Lately we have given the apartment a bit more love and attention and to complete this lacks a new stove/oven. This would then be the first joint acquisition ✨

Die Wohnung im allgemeinen ist sehr geräumig und schön geschnitten. Neben den Zimmern gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer, einen großen Flur, 2 Tageslichtbäder und eine gemütliche Küche. Herzstück der Wohnung ist aber der Balkon, der direkt zum Garten hinausschaut. Für 6-8 Monate im Jahr ist der Balkon das WG-Wohnzimmer.
Außerdem gibt es noch einen großen Gemeinschaftsgarten der von drei WG-Häusern genutzt werden kann. Grillen im Sommer ist also auch eine Option!

Du wirst mit Alex, Lars und Dominik zusammen wohnen. Alles ganz tolle, entspannte, offene und herzliche Menschen!

Alex liebt die Ferne genauso wie das Leben im Parkgürtel. Wenn er nicht gerade im Urlaub Abenteuer erlebt, vertreibt er sich die Zeit mit viel skaten, Freunde sehen und coole Sachen unternehmen. Er freut sich immer über ein Käffchen in der Küche oder gemeinsames Abhängen auf dem Balkon.

Lars ist gelernter Orthopädietechnik-Mechaniker und arbeitet Teilzeit remote im Bereich digitales 3D – entweder von zu Hause oder sogar aus den entferntesten Ecken der Welt. Wenn er nicht gerade unterwegs ist oder in der WG etwas handwerklich anpackt, ist er sportlich aktiv: Mit Alex geht er zum Beispiel Laufen, Skaten, Surfen, Bouldern oder Schwimmen. Außerdem hat er eine kreative Seite und nutzt die WG ab und zu für eine spontane Tattoosession.

Dominik ist der Neueste in der WG und bringt einiges an Energie mit. Er ist sportlich, gesellig und immer für eine gemeinsame Runde Kochen zu haben. Wenn er gerade nicht in der Schule unterrichtet, ist er meist mit dem Rad unterwegs.

Das bisherige Zusammenleben war sehr entspannt und rücksichtsvoll. Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich jede*r wohl fühlt und die Bedürfnisse aller geachtet werden! Wenn die Zimmertür zu ist, dann ist sie zu. Aber wir freuen uns natürlich auch immer über gemeinsames Chillen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.
Wir mögen es schon gerne ordentlich und sind grade sehr happy das unser Putzplan funktioniert! Wünschen uns auch für die Zukunft, dass das so bleibt 🧚🏼

In letzter Zeit haben wir der Wohnung ein bisschen mehr Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt und um das zu vervollständigen fehlt ein neuer Herd/Backofen. Das wäre dann die erste gemeinsame Anschaffung ✨
