Die Wg und das Zimmer sind wunderschön. Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 Quadratmeter groß und liegt nach hinten zum Garten des Hauses hin.
Der Rest unserer WG ist mit einem Tageslichtbad ausgestattet inklusive Badewanne sowie einer gemütlichen Wohnküche mit angrenzendem Balkon. Außerdem hat eines der Zimmer Zugang zu einer Terasse, die als Gemeinschaftsterrasse genutzt wird und die wir wirklich alle sehr lieben zum Sonnetanken, gärtnern, grillen etc. Wir nennen sie liebevoll unsere Toskana.

The room is about 14 square meters and faces the garden of the house.
The rest of our shared apartment is equipped with a daylight bathroom including a bathtub as well as a cozy kitchen with an attached balcony. In addition, one of the rooms has access to a terrace, which is used as a community terrace and which we all really love to sunbathe, garden, barbecue etc. We call it our little Tuscany.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Neuehrenfeld, direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle „Nußbaumerstraße“ mit den Bahnen 5 und 13 sowie ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom S-Bahnhof Ehrenfeld entfernt. Auch zur Subbelrather und zur Venloerstraße ist es überhaupt nicht weit. Wer Köln kennt, der weiß, dass Ehrenfeld viel zu bieten hat, was Kultur, Nachtleben und Cafés angeht. Alles liegt hier in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The location of the apartmentis top. The apartment is centrally located in Neuehrenfeld, directly at the subway stop "Nußbaumerstraße" with the train lines 5 and the 13 and a few minutes walk from the train station Ehrenfeld. Also to the Subbelrather and to the Venloerstraße it is not far at all. Anyone who knows Cologne knows that Ehrenfeld has a lot to offer in terms of culture, nightlife and cafés. Everything is in the immediate neighborhood here.
Du wirst zusammen mit den sweetesten Mitbewohnerinnen Kölns wohnen: Coco, Delia, Franka und Mira. Die vier befinden sich alle in sehr unterschiedlichen Studiums- und Jobverhältnissen irgendwo zwischen Performance oder Psychologie-Studium, Therapie-Ausbildung, Tänzerin und Sozialer Arbeit. Neben Studium und Lohnarbeit sind viele verschiedene Interessen vertreten, wie zum Beispiel boxenn, tanzen gehen, Doppelkopf spielen, politischer Aktivismus, lesen, Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen und noch vieles mehr.
Sie sind alle vier ganz tolle Mitbewohnerinnen und freuen sich auf das gemeinsame WG-Leben mit dir.
Insgesamt führen wir ein sehr angenehmes, liebevolles und ungezwungenes WG-Leben, in dem wir uns auch gegenseitig durch die alltäglichen und nicht-alltäglichen Ups und Downs begleiten. Explizit geplante WG-Zusammenkünfte finden vor allem in Form von Sonntags-Frühstücken statt, viel öfter passiert es, dass man miteinander oder füreinander kocht, zusammen auf dem Balkon chillt oder in einem der Zimmer oder in der Küche versackt.

You will live together with Coco, Delia, Franka and Mira. They all have various jobs/studies, and various interests in their everyday life. They are all four great roommates and are looking forward to living with you.
Overall, we share a very comfortable, loving, and casual WG life, where we also help each other through the everyday and non-everyday ups and downs. Explicitly planned WG get-togethers mostly happen at Sunday breakfast, much more often it happens that we cook together or for each other, chill together on the balcony or hang out in one of the rooms or in the kitchen.
Die Miete ist noch befristet bis zum Oktober 2025 - danach müssen wir aufgrund von Eigenbedarf ausziehen. Da die Wohnung teilmöbliert ist, wird es evtl. einzelne Möbelstücke in dem Zimmer geben (wie zB eine Kommode) - bis jetzt haben wir aber immer eine Lösung dafür gefunden.
WG Kennenlernen ist für den 07.07./10.07. ab 18Uhr geplant. Schreib gerne direkt ob du da könntest.

The rent is limited until October 2025 due to the landlords plan to move in again. We are also renting some furniture, maybe there will be some in the free room, but we always arranged us and them so that it works for everyone.
The WG "casting" is planned for the 7th + 10th of July from 6pm. Please let us know if you could make it.
A feminist, queerfriendly, antiracist attitude is a must-have. WINTA*s very welcome.
