Dear all,
I’m Tim and curently looking for someoen to
sublet my room for two months. I’m offering you a flexible moving dates. And would propably just charge you the a rent per week. If needed you can stay longer into august propably till the 2nd or 3rd week, cause my studies only start 1st of sept.
The lication os pretty much perfect for whatever you want to so do. Supermarket opposite metro station and connection to regional trains just a baby step away from the flat.
You’d share the flat with two lively argentinian women, bith working quite a lot, so if you are looking for long summer nights maybe keep them on your balkony or in one of the many nice bars in the area.
You should be speaking spansih or english, at least be willling to try and mature enough to look after yourself. If that’s all logic to you, feel free to get in contact with us! <3
