Wir (Tamara und Frederic) vermieten vorübergehend Tamaras Zimmer, da Tamara die nächste Zeit vorwiegend in Düsseldorf arbeitet. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und zur Straße raus. Das Leben vor der Tür ist recht lebendig bis laut, allerdings befinden sich Küche und Balkon Richtung Innenhof, wo es eher ruhig ist.

Direkt am Zülpicher Platz gelegen ist die Wohnung sehr zentral. Die Linien 9 und 12/15 halten direkt vor der Tür. Der Südbahnhof ist nur die Straße runter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine breite Auswahl an Imbissen und Restaurants sind auch vor der Tür. In die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit, genauso kann man Parks (Rathenau + Grüngürtel) fußläufig schnell erreichen.

Du wirst mit Frederic zusammenwohnen. Das Zusammleben mit ihm ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Er arbeitet in der Kulturbranche und ist dort hauptsächlich nachmittags bis (spät) abends eingespannt, z.T. unter der Woche, z.T. am Wochenende.

Wir vermieten das Zimmer erstmal nur bis Ende des Jahres, da es ab Januar wahrscheinlich schon belegt sein wird. Ob es vielleicht doch länger frei bleibt, wird sich in den nächsten Tagen entscheiden.
