Hallo!
Ab dem 1.3. vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung unter, für etwa ein Jahr. Zur Wohnung gehören eine gemütliche kleine Wohnküche und ein geräumiges Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, und die Lage ebenfalls. Im Sommer wird es selten zu heiß.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet; eventuell kann ein Regal übernommen werden.
Zur Bahnstation sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ich denke, dass die Wohnung gut für eine berufstätige Person oder auch eine:n Pendler:in geeignet wäre. Fotos vom Zimmer stelle ich später noch ein!

Die Haltestelle Neusserstr/Gürtel ist einen Sprung entfernt.

Ich bin eher ruhig, koche gern mal gemeinsam und ab und zu kommt eine Brettspiel-Gruppe zu Besuch;-).
Wer eine ruhige schöne Bleibe sucht, zum Beispiel für ein Praktikum oder beruflich, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Die Küche ist gemütlich, das Bad geräumig mit Duschwanne und Fenster (Tageslichtbad).
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
