Hallo, da meine Mitbewohnerin für 3 Monate im Ausland ist, ist ein Zimmer frei geworden, das ich gerne in dieser Zeit untervermieten möchte. An eine Frau. Das Alter spielt keine Rolle.
Ich selbst bin 50 J., im sozialen Bereich berufstätig, habe ganz unterschiedliche Arbeitszeiten und ausserdem eine junge Hündin. Bedingung wäre also, keine Angst vor Hunden zu haben. Und gewünscht ist, miteinander nett und ehrlich zu sein ;) einigermaßen ordentlich und vorallem dass man sich sympathisch findet :) Alles weitere gerne im persönlichen Kontakt.

In Nippes, nahe der S-Bahn, ruhig gelegen
Bisher gibt es kein WG-Leben, sondern nur mich und die Hündin Feli. Das zusammenleben würden wir gemeinsam gestalten. Bin gerade 50 geworden, nicht übertrieben ordentlich, die Wohnung ist schön auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt und hat eine Sonnenterasse.
