Das angebotene Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, hell und gut geschnitten. Es wird mit einem Bett vermietet. Ein Schrank und ein Schreibtisch sind leider nicht vorhanden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage am Anfang von Nippes!
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist nur 5 min entfernt.
Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca 15 min. Direkt um die Ecke von uns befindet sich ein sehr schöner Park :)
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt (Aldi, Rewe, rossmann).

Du wirst mit Lina (27 J.) und Sophia (27 J.) zusammen wohnen. Lina macht aktuell ihr Ref (Jura) in Wuppertal und bereitet sich auf ihr Staatsexamen vor, Sophia studiert Psychologie im Master (in Aachen) und arbeitet als Werkstudentin.

Wir sind bereits seit der 5. Klasse befreundet und haben daher die WG damals zusammen gegründet.
Wir sind absolut keine Zweck WG und legen großen Wert auf ein schönes Miteinander :)

Natürlich respektieren wir auch deine Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig.
