Ich habe eine schöne helle Neubauwohnung im Herzen von Köln Nippes die ich mir gerne teilen möchte.
Ich arbeite in Köln, aber lebe mit meiner Familie weiter weg. Ich bin regelmäßig 2x im Monat für 3-5 Tage in Köln, da brauche ich die Wohnung selbst.
Den Rest des Monats könntest du die Wohnung nutzen. Gemeinsam sind wir nur in Ausnahmen in der Wohnung.
Bestenfalls passt unser Arbeitsrythmus gut zusammen, das wir uns gut absprechen können z.B Wochenweiser Rythmus oder ähnliches
