The room is 16 square metres in total and has great daylight. The view from the room is great. There is a double bed in the room There is also a desk in the room.
Deposit is 800 euros and all the items in the room stays.
The location of the house is great. You can reach it both by bus and u-bahn. If you want to go to Sülz, you can get there with one train 13 without a transfer. If you want to go to Rudolfplatz or Friesenplatz, you can take train 12 or 15. You can walk to Flora Straße in 10 minutes (1 stop by train). Directly opposite the house is Aldi and just downstairs there is a Turkish grocery store. If you walk a bit you can also reach DM and Rewe. In short, everything you need is within walking distance.
As of December, I have to leave my room with a great view in Nippes because I am moving to another country. But this ad is not for my room i have already found some applications for my room🥲
To briefly talk about who you will be staying with,
Hugo: We've been living together since last December. He is 25 years old and a real early bird. Most of the time in the morning when he leaves for work I don't even hear him. He lives in complete ninja silence. He usually goes to sleep early because he has to wake up early, so we are careful not to make any noise late at night. Hugo is a great person to talk about football if you like watching it. (But also he is gonna move out in end of December like me so basically we are gonna live together just one month) after December you’ll have a new flatmates:))
Kacccnny: She is gonna move out beginning of December so we are looking for someone for her room:) she has the biggest room at the apartment.
They both have great conversations. During our stay with them we were in balance with each other. Unfortunately not the right place if you are looking for a partying WG, but a perfect WG for a nice dinner and a drink with a chat. Even though we spend most of the time on our own because everyone has their own life schedule, we never say no to a short chat.
English is the common language in the house as not all of us speak German very well, so it would be great if you speak English.
Cleanliness is an important part of WG. We are not insanely obsessed with it, but it is important to keep track of who has what task that week on the Flatastic app. We try to leave the common areas clean. And at least we don't wear shoes in the house.
(We are planning to make a meetings between 19th-23rd November.)
