The room is directed towards an inneryard, therefore it is really calm. It has its own balcony, and in the hallway there is a built-in closet that can be used for your clothes.
Right around the corner from the apartment is Neusser Straße, where you can find everything within walking distance, from Netto to Alnatura, cafes and a few nice places to spend time. The apartment is on a fairly quiet parallel street, but it can sometimes be a bit noisy because of the Flora 6 pub.
The Florastraße stop can be reached on foot in a minute.
