Das Zimmer geht nach Hinten zum Garten raus und ist sehr ruhig. Es ist 13m² groß und zur Mitbenutzung stehen rund 80m² Gemeinflächen: die Küche, das Esszimmer, der Keller, Platz in der Garage, das Wohnzimmer sowie der Garten, so dass man insgesamt großzügig leben kann. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, du kannst aber auch eigene Möbel mitbringen. Rauchen ist im Garten erlaubt. Das Badezimmer wird mit einer weiteren Person geteilt.
The room is heading to garden and pretty quiet. The room is 13m² and you can also utilize all other shared rooms such as kitchen, basement, Garage, dining room, living room and garden. The room is furnitured but you can also bring your own furniture. Smoking is allowed in garden. The bathroom is shared with one more person.
Das Haus befindet sich in Ossendorf, nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle Rektor-Klein Straße entfernt, wo die Linie 5 fährt. Zum Friesenplatz fährt man 15 Minuten, zum Dom 18.
The house is 1 minute from Rektor-Klein station where line 5 passes. It takes 15 minutes to Friesenplatz and 18 to Central Station.
Wir sind alle berufstätig und entsprechend eingespannt. In letzter Zeit haben wir nicht soviel gemeinsam gemacht, aber das kann sich ja durch dich ändern. Es steht ein großes Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung wo wir uns unterhalten, Fernsehen gucken, Musik machen oder einfach jeder für sich ins Telefon guckt. In der Regel kocht jeder für sich, ab und zu kochen wir aber auch gemeinsam oder für alle zusammen.
Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Waschkeller sowie eine Garage, in der du z.B. dein Fahrrad unterstellen kannst. Im Keller ist noch etwas Platz für Kisten, die du ggf. einlagern möchtest.
Im Garten stehen Gewichte zum Training bereit.
We are three workers and quite busy. We have a livingroom to chat, watch TV, make music or just stare at our phones. Usually we cook individually, but sometimes of course we share or cook together. The house has a utility room in basement where you can also store some boxes if needed. In the garage you can store a bike.
There are some dumbbells waiting to be used in garden.

FYI: meine Frau und ich sind Hauptmieter, wir sind aktuell bis Mai in Taiwan, weil wir hier unser Baby bekommen haben. Im Mai zieht eine Mitbewohnerin wieder aus, und wir mit einem Baby ein.
Tierhaltung ist leider nicht erlaubt.
