Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung.
Es sind 2 fast gleich große Zimmer, eins davon mit Balkon. Es ist möbliert. Einbauküche und Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden.

Gerne auch kurzzeitig vermietet.

15 min Sbahn Porz Rhein
Autostellplatz findet man eigentlich immer gut.
Mein Fahrrad darf gern benutzt werden.

Ich bin Melli, 24 Jahre alt und lebe mit meiner Hündin Ruby in dieser Wohnung. Da ich sehr viel am reisen bin und den Winter meist komplett in Spanien wäre es schön jemanden zu finden der ebenfalls von der Wohnung profitiert.
Ansonsten arbeite ich im Homeoffice und bin eher gemütlich ohne Parties zuhause, draussen mache ich gerne Sport.
