Hey zusammen,
Habe ein freies Zimmer in einer sehr schönen Altbauwohnung (53qm) mit großem Flur, Küche, Bad, Abstellkammer und Keller. Im Hinterhof gibt es die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich. Im gesamten Wohnbereich ist Parkettboden verlegt und auch sonst ist alles sehr hochwertig. Eine Hausmeisterin kümmert sich um kleine Reparaturen im Haus und um den Winterdienst.
Dein Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß und kann teilmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Stühle, Regal und Schrank) gemietet werden. Der Rest der Wohnung kann selbstverständlich komplett genutzt werden. Die Nebenkosten enthalten alle sonstigen Kosten (Heizung, Strom und Internet).

I have a room available including kitchen, bathroom and basement. You can park your bike in the backyard. The apartment is very spacious, bright and calm.
Your room is about 12-15qm in size and can be rented partly furnished (desk, chair, shelf and cupboard). The monthly price covers all additional costs.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen und zentralen Stadtteil Raderberg im Süden von Köln.
Direkt um die Ecke liegt der Vorgebrigspark.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Bonner Straße in einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Parkplatzsituation ist entspannt.
Mit der Linie 130 ist man in weniger als 20min. an der Uni. Auch zur Fachhochschule sind es ca. 15min. mit dem Bus. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Netto, Lidl, REWE) sowie Fitnessstudio, Bäcker, Friseur etc. können sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad (ca. 5 Minuten) oder zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Die Anbindung zur Autobahn A4 über den Bonner Verteiler ist optimal.
The appartment is situated in the middle of the nice and central district Raderberg in the south of Cologne.
The Vorgegebirgspark lies just around the corner. The flat is near the Bonner Str.
The university can be reached by bus 130 in approx. 17 min. All supermarkets as well as fitnessstudio, backery, hairdresser etc. are within walking distance.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und locker. Ich bin ein aufgeschlossener Mensch und arbeite als Pädagoge mit Kindern. Ich mache in meiner Freizeit gern Sport (Joggen und Fitness) oder geh mit Freunden was unternehmen. Ich suche einen Mitbewohner, der schon berufstätig ist.
Das Zimmer kann sowohl befristet als auch unbefristet vermietet werden.
WG-Life is very relaxed and easy-going. I like doing sports, toured the world myself for 18 months (went to the US, Australia and Southeastasia), I like cooking once in a while but do also like quiet WG-evenings. I am looking for a roomate already working. The room can be rented temporarily or permanently.
