Sehr schönes helles Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt (und den Dom). An der Straße gelegen, deshlb hört man laute Autos und Straßenbahn manchmal. Die wohnung liegt im 6.Stock.
Eventuell bleiben ein paar Möbel drin (tbd).
Die Bilder von Küche und Bad sind alt, da wird zur Zeit renoviert, sollte aber nach Plan im September fertig sein.

Im schönsten Veedel Kölns, in der Südstadt gelegen. Haltestelle Chlodwigplatz für Bus und Bahn in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und der Rhein in direkter Nähe.

Hier wohnen bereits Li und Lukas. Li studiert Culinary Management (bei ihr gibts häufig was Gebackenes abzustauben) und Lukas ist in der Filmbranche tätig. Beide sind super lieb und freuen sich, dich kennenzulernen.

Für eine Gerätenutzungspauschale fallen einmalig 300€, bzw 450€ falls du Möbel der Vermietung mit mieten möchtest, an. Der Betrag geht an die Vermietung. Ansonsten kommt ein Abschlag hinzu für einige Sachen, die ich mitbezahlt hab und einige Möbel, die ich gerne da lassen würde.
Wir haben einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Herd mit 4 Kochplatten und Backofen.
