Das Zimmer hat ca. 16qm und somit genug Platz für alles! Durch das Fenster hat es auch immer Tageslicht und abends scheint die Sonne rein.

Die Station Ulrepforte ist direkt vor der Tür.

Die WG besteht aus mir, Carlos und Marie. Direkt vorab: wir sind eine inklusive WG, d.h. Marie sitzt im Rollstuhl und hat tagsüber Assistenz da, die bei den alltäglichen Dingen helfen. Du hast damit erstmal nichts am Hut, musst nur ggf. Sonntags mal anpacken - ist aber eine Sache von weniger als 5min :) dafür ist die Miete dementsprechend angepasst. Wenn das soweit kein Problem ist:

Die WG besteht aus deinem Zimmer, 2 Bädern, 2 weiteren WG-Zimmern sowie einem Arbeitszimmer von Marie und einem großen Wohnzimmer sowie einer offenen Küche.
Im Flur sind große Einbauschränke und es gibt 3 Balkone.
Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine und diverse elektronische Küchengeräte sind alle vorhanden.

Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug und auch eine Garage, die du ggf. Nutzen kannst.

Carlos ist 22, studiert Lehramt an der Uni Köln und arbeitet sonst im Café, direkt unter der Wohnung quasi. Er ist ein eher ruhiger, aber total lieber Mitbewohner, mit dem man immer quatschen kann.

Marie, 33, arbeitet Vollzeit, ist aber oft auch im Homeoffice und besucht gerne Sportveranstaltungen.

Alles in allem hast du die Möglichkeit dich zurückzuziehen, aber genauso auch am WG-Leben teilzuhaben wenn du möchtest.
