Das Zimmer fasst 15 qm und hat eine Küchennische im Zimmer selber integriert. Ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber hat natürlich auch seine Vorteile

Es befindet sich in Köln Sülz, mit der Linie 18 um die Ecke und ist damit super angebunden. Zum Hauptbahnhof kommt man in 20 Minuten, die Universität zu Köln ist zu Fuß in unter 15 Minuten erreichbar und auch die Linie 9 ist nicht weit entfernt. Um die Ecke befinden sich Aldi und auch ein Rewe. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, also man hat keinen Lärm durch Autos oder ähnliches

Es ist eine 4er WG vor allem aus Berufstätigen. Das WG Leben ist auch eher ruhiger und recht entspannt.

Ich mache mein Auslandssemester und würde das Zimmer daher unter vermieten für die Zeit von August/ September bis ungefähr Februar. Das könnte man aber auch nochmal individuell besprechen. Ich würde mir eine verantwortungsbewusste Person wünschen, eine Besichtigung in Person wäre optimal, zur Not würde Zoom aber auch klar gehen.
