Now here we go:
Since I will take some months traveling in the break between my master's studies and full-time working life, I decided to rent my room. The room is free from the 14 of November.
The room is quite cozy as you can see in the picture. I take a lot of care in making a nice living place and would appreciate someone doing so.
I will leave all my furniture so you dont have to worry about anything ;)
It is perfect location only 4 minutes to the 13 line. Just in the middle of time 9 and 18 so you spend around 10 minutes to each line. Perfect connected to Köln Süd. As i have a bike in the basement, you can also use it :)
Chris is 29 and from Germany. He has a really good music taste and is always open you a talk in the kitchen on during our free time. He will be in the house from time to time especially during x-mas. He is working as a constructer and aslo part-time in the university finishing his last semester. He is interested in risk and crisis management since he worked as well as a firefighter (quite cool to have one in the team).
Dania is 32 and shes from Colombia. She's a sunshine always playing music and shares a lot of good energy in the flat. She dances salsa and will be in Colombia from ends of November until mids of January, so you wont see her a lot unfortunally.
In the flat we talk in German/English so feel free to communicate in any.
Please **only** apply if you match the moving dates because, unfortunately we cant change them. Also its important youre between 25 and 35 years old for a better living harmony in the house, please dont take it personal 🍀
Also you should be fine with dogs. Rubio, Dania’s dog is coming to visit from time to time. Maybe you wont see him that often but its important for us you are ok with him🐕🐶
We are a very open-minded flat where respect and empty are highly important. In our home there is no place for any sort of discrimination :)
