Wir – Sofia und Barbara – suchen ab Februar 2025 eine*n Mitbewohner*in!
Bis Dezember 2024 haben wir im wunderschönen Sülz eine Familien-WG gehabt. Nun ist der Bruder bzw. der Onkel mit der Schwägerin auf Weltreise gegangen und der obere Teil der Maisonette-Wohnung ist frei.
Die renovierte Altbauwohnung liegt mitten in Sülz und ist ca 100qm2 groß.
Der obere Teil der Maisonnette-Wohnung besteht aus einem gemütlichen Dachgeschosszimmer, einem angrenzenden Bereich, der z.B. als Arbeitszimmer und/oder Stauraum genutzt werden kann und einem Bad. Das Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 15qm2 groß, der Arbeitsbereich 5qm2 und das Bad 3qm2. Auf den Bildern ist noch meine eigene Einrichtung zu sehen.
We – Sofia and Barbara – are looking for a new roommate starting in February 2025!
Until December 2024, we had a family shared apartment in the beautiful Sülz neighborhood. Now, my brother (or Fia’s uncle) and his wife are going on a world trip, so the upper part of the maisonette apartment is free.
The renovated "Altbau" apartment is located right in the heart of Sülz and is about 100 sqm in total.
The upper part of the maisonette consists of a cozy attic room, an adjacent area that can be used as an office and storage space, and a bathroom. The room itself has a floor area of approximately 15 sqm, the office space about 5 sqm, and the bathroom 3 sqm.
The pictures still show my own furniture.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal! Sie ist 2-3 Minuten von der Sülzburgstraße entfernt, wo sich ein Rewe, ein Aldi, ein Rossmann, ein dm und zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Buchhandlungen befindet.
Zur nächsten Haltestelle der Linie 18 sind es lediglich 4-5 Minuten und zur nächsten Haltestelle der Linie 9 ca. 9 Minuten. Man ist also bestens angebunden!
Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten entfernt liegt der Beethovenpark und der Decksteiner Weiher – in den Parks kann man wunderbar Sport machen, picknicken oder einfach spazieren gehen.
The location of the apartment is ideal! It’s just 2-3 minutes from Sülzburgstraße, where you’ll find a Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, dm, and numerous cafés, restaurants and bookstores. The nearest stop for tram line 18 is only a 4-5-minute walk away, and for tram line 9, it’s about 9 minutes. You’re very well connected! With a bike, it’s only about 5 minutes to Beethovenpark and Decksteiner Weiher – perfect spots for sports, picnics, or just going for a walk :)
Ich selbst bin 33 Jahre alt, Lehrerin (Englisch und Erdkunde), mache viel Sport, lese gerne und gehe an den Wochenenden bzw. in meiner Freizeit oft mit meinen Freundinnen und Freunden feiern, ein Bierchen trinken oder einfach was essen.
Fia wird im Februar 12, besucht die 6. Klasse, ist oft mit ihren Freundinnen verabredet und spielt Basketball.
Wir würden uns freuen, jemanden zu finden, der oder die ab und zu für gemeinsames Kochen oder eine Runde Spiel des Lebens zu begeistern ist. Ich bin immer für ein Kioskbierchen oder eine Runde laufen zu haben und wäre auf auf keinen Fall abgeneigt, meine*n Mitbewohner*in abends mal mitzunehmen.
Aber das ist selbstverständlich kein Muss - leben und leben lassen ist uns sehr wichtig! Also alles je nachdem wie es gerade ins eigene Leben reinpasst oder eben nicht :)
Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns natürlich sehr wichtig, aber ich erleide keinen Nervenzusammenbruch, wenn mal ein Glas oder sonstiges über Nacht in der Küche stehen bleibt.
I’m 33 years old, a teacher (English and Geography), very active in sports, love reading, and often spend my weekends or free time going out with friends, grabbing a beer, or enjoying a meal.
Fia will turn 12 in February, is in the 6th grade, often hangs out with her friends, and plays basketball.
We’d love to find someone who’s occasionally up for cooking together or a round of "The Game of Life." I’m always up for a Kioskbierchen or a run and wouldn’t mind at all inviting my roommate along for an evening out.
That said, this is absolutely not a must – live and let live is very important to us! So, everything depends on what fits into your life at the moment (or doesn’t).
Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, of course, but I won’t have a meltdown if a glass or whatever or something else is left in the kitchen overnight.
