Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner*in für den Zeitraum von Ende Februar/ Anfang März bis Ende Mai.
Es handelt sich um eine drei Zimmer Wohnung. Die Bilder die du siehst sind von deinem Zimmer (ca. 14 Quadratmeter) und vom dritten Zimmer, was als „Barzimmer" getauft worden ist und du natürlich mit nutzen kannst. Wie du wünscht kann das Zimmer mobliert (Bett, Schrank, Tisch) vermietet werden oder du bringst deine eigenen Möbel mit :)
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die WG ist super praktisch gelegen in Köln Sülz direkt am Beethovenpark. Man braucht 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Universität/Uniklinik; Cafés, Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso in der Nähe sind die Bahnlinien 9/13/18.
Ich bin Isabel, 22 Jahre alt, komme aus Köln :) und eine sehr offene und fröhliche Person. Mein Studium Lehramt fürs Berufskolleg hat dieses Semester begonnen, nachdem ich eine Ausbildung im Garten und Landschaftsbau abgeschlossen habe. Sobald mein Freund aus dem Ausland wieder gekommen ist, würden wir gerne in die Wohnung zusammen ziehen. Somit suche ich für drei Monate einen coolen Mitbewohner/ coole Mitbewohnerin. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 590€ warm (inkl. Gas, Strom, Internet von 250Mbit & GEZ). Damit ist also alles abgedeckt bei normaler Nutzung :)
