A Sülzer 4er-WG - Room 1 Eine Sülzer 4er-WG - Zimmer 1

The location of our WG and the doctor's house could not be better! Sülz as a veedel is anyway unbeatable with all the cafes, pubs, bars and generally the lively mood, but the location directly on the Luxembourgerstraße, feels a minute from the 18 and 13, is really perfect. In addition to the two tram lines, there are also countless bus lines that actually take you anywhere. The way to the university is really super relaxed, I personally even got used to walk sometime (about 20min). Directly next door is also the Rewe, but also an Aldi is not far (4min).

Die Lage unserer WG und des Ärztehauses könnte nicht besser sein! Sülz als Veedel ist sowieso unschlagbar mit all den Cafés, Kneipen, Bars und allgemein der lebendigen Stimmung, aber die Lage direkt an der Luxemburgerstraße, gefühlt eine Minute von der 18 und 13 entfernt, ist echt perfekt. Neben den beiden Straßenbahnlinien gibt es auch noch unzählige Buslinien, die einen eigentlich überall hinbringen. Der Weg zur Uni ist wirklich super entspannt, ich persönlich habe es mir sogar irgendwann angewöhnt zu Fuß zu gehen (ca. 20min). Direkt nebenan ist zudem der Rewe, aber auch ein Aldi ist nicht weit (4min).

Our WG life is very relaxed and communal, you would live together with Alessia, me and the 4th. Person who then has to be found :)

Alessia: "Hello, I'm Alessia, 26, and in the 2nd semester I'm studying my master in product design at the KISD.
I like to cook great – especially pasta – and try out Salsa dances. I also like swimming, but plants rarely survive with me, as I had to notice during my WG period. For this I always enjoy playing nights or just a relaxed evening with Vino & Trash TV.
(Just I'm pretty tense with the creation of my start-up, but I enjoy living together with people who want to make things together or just live together.)"

Balduin: "I am 23 years old and I am currently studying International Management & Economics at the University of Cologne. I have already lived in Cologne for my Bachelor's degree and come from Solingen, more or less close. In the meantime, however, I was on my way to world history. Whether for an internship half a year in Vienna or Berlin, for a semester abroad and subsequent backpacking 8 months in Argentina & South America or on my other backpacking trips in Asia & Australia....I always like to say (and sometimes too much, slow me!) of my travels. In addition to the university and the part-time work in a Cologne start-up, I like to run & games often football, but unfortunately sometimes remains on the track. Otherwise, however, I am always in favour of a good coffee and also like for a good cereal in the evening :)"

Alessia & I (and before also the already employed Philipp and Miguel) are often very busy, which is why we rarely came to common planned WG-ensignments. Nevertheless, we are in daily exchange, entertaining us loosely, helping us out when something is going on and just tell us about everyday life what we all enjoy very much. It is a very easy coexistence where we sometimes cook together, play memory, or go to drink a cash. The one or the other party or the one or the other pretrins (beer pug and rode cage) also takes place naturally in the WG; besides all learning and working, you must not forget to enjoy life in Cologne...

This is why we are looking for someone who likes to do something, likes to entertain himself loosely, but also does not necessarily seek joint WG action every day:) Apart from that, we are really very flexible and don't look for anyone specific...just like to introduce you briefly and tell us what makes you feel!

Unser WG Leben ist sehr entspannt und gemeinschaftlich, zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Alessia, mir und der 4. Person, die dann noch ausfindig gemacht werden muss :)

Alessia: "Hello, ich bin Alessia, 26, und studiere im 2. Semester meinen Master in Produktdesign an der KISD.

Balduin: "Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere an der Uni zu Köln im Master gerade Internationales Management & Ökonomie. Ich habe schon für meinen Bachelor in Köln gelebt und komme gebürtig aus Solingen, also mehr oder weniger aus der Nähe. Zwischendurch war ich aber schon ordentlich in der Weltgeschichte unterwegs. Ob für ein Praktikum ein halbes Jahr in Wien oder Berlin, für ein Auslandssemester und anschließendes Backpacking 8 Monate in Argentinien & Südamerika oder auf meinen anderen Backpacking Trips in Asien & Australien....ich erzähle immer gerne (und manchmal zu viel, bremst mich!!) von meinen Reisen. Neben der Uni und der Teilzeit Arbeit in einem Kölner Start-Up gehe ich gerne laufen & spiele oft Fußball, was aber leider manchmal auf der Strecke bleibt. Ansonsten bin ich aber immer für einen guten Kaffee zu haben und gerne auch für ein gutes Kölsch am Abend :)"

Alessia & Ich (und vorher auch die bereits erwerbstätigen Philipp und Miguel) sind oft sehr beschäftigt, weswegen wir seltener als gewollt zu gemeinsamen geplanten WG-Abenden kamen. Trotzdem stehen wir in täglichem Austausch, unterhalten uns locker, helfen uns aus wenn etwas los ist und erzählen uns einfach etwas vom Alltag, was wir alle sehr genießen. Es ist ein sehr lockeres Zusammenleben, bei welchem wir manchmal zusammen kochen, Memory spielen, oder ein Kölsch trinken gehen. Auch die ein oder andere Party oder das ein oder andere Vortrinken (Bierpong und Rage Cage) findet in der WG natürlich statt; neben all dem Lernen und Arbeiten darf man schließlich nicht vergessen das Leben in Köln auch zu genießen...

Demnach suchen wir jemanden, der auch gerne mal was unternimmt, sich gerne locker unterhält, aber auch nicht zwingend jeden Tag gemeinsame WG-Action sucht :) Abgesehen davon sind wir aber echt sehr flexibel und suchen niemanden bestimmtes...stell dich demnach einfach gerne kurz vor und sagt uns was dich ausmacht! :)

The rooms are free for 01.05, a deposit is not on the plan now, but this has to be finalized with the landlord as soon as I officially take over the main rental contract over the next few weeks. It is very possible that this is still changing. A discount is not currently planned. The rent (585€) is considered a warm rental with all additional costs & Internet. The cold rental was unfortunately increased (and expected) with my takeover of the main rental contract, this is already taken into account in the 585€, but I do not yet know the final €-precise increase, which is why the rent can still be enjoyed with +/- 15€ caution. If otherwise ne info is missing, simply mention in your message, we are very transparent here.

By the way, we try to answer you as soon as possible, even if this can sometimes be difficult in the volume of the request. We're listening!

Die Zimmer werden für den 01.05 unbefristet frei, eine Kaution steht stand jetzt nicht auf dem Plan, aber das muss erst noch final mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden, sobald ich den Hauptmietvertrag im Laufe der nächsten Wochen offiziell übernehme. Es ist sehr gut möglich, dass sich das noch ändert. Auch ein Abschlag ist aktuell nicht geplant. Die Miete (585€) versteht sich als Warmmiete mit allen Nebenkosten & Internet. Die Kaltmiete wurde mit meiner Übernahme des Hauptmietvertrages leider (und erwartbar) erhöht, das ist hier schon berücksichtigt in den 585€, allerdings kenne ich noch nicht die finale €-genaue Erhöhung, weswegen die Miete noch mit +/- 15€ Vorsicht zu genießen ist. Falls sonst noch ne Info fehlt, gerne einfach in eurer Nachricht erwähnen, wir sind hier sehr transparent.

Wir versuchen euch übrigens schnellstmöglich zu antworten, auch wenn das bei dem Anfragevolumen manchmal schwierig sein kann. Wir hören uns! :)
