We live in a large 3-room apartment. The free room is about 21m². It has big windows looking out to the trees of our street. There is a bed, desk and cupboard you can use. There is also a wonderfully large balcony with a nice view to the garden.
Wir wohnen in einer großen, gemütlichen Dreizimmerwohnung. Das freie Zimmer ist ca 21qm groß und hell, mit Blick in die grünen Baumwipfel der Straße. Es ist möbliert mit Bett , Schreibtisch und Schrank. Es gibt auch einen wunderbaren großen Balkon zum Garten hin.
It's a green neighbourhood with lots of parks nearby, but also lots of shops, cafés, restaurants, (organic) grocery stores...
Our street is rather calm while the neighborhood is lively and close to the city centre (10 min by tram). The tram station is almost around the corner: a 3 minutes walk from the house.
Ruhige, grüne und trotzdem sehr zentrale Lage: 4 min von den Haltestellen Arnulfstraße und Sülzburgstraße (Linie 18) entfernt,
10 min mit der Bahn ins Stadtzentrum,
Klettenbergpark und Beethovenpark in der Nähe,
Sympathisches Viertel, lebendig und entspannt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkten, Cafés, Bioläden, etc.
We are friendly, calm and open-minded persons with a very lively and lovely little toddler (2yo). Sonit would be great if you like kids and dont mind him playing around the house. We have out routines inside and outside the house (work, going for walks/playground, visiting friends or family, weekend trips...). Usually, we sleep rather early and get up early.
The room would be for subrent firstly for one-two months, possibly longer. Preferrably to a person with a regular working schedule.
We are looking forwards to a friendly flatmate.
