Hello together, in our little and dear WG has become a place for a new roommate. A room will be released soon. Rebeca got her dream job, but unfortunately in Hamburg, so she has to move. We who stay here – Marija and Daniela – are looking for a new roommate.
The rent for the room is a total of 370,00 Euro (calc 280 EURO), the current electricity and gas costs of the provider are 68,66€ per person per month. There are also 13.34 euros in proportion to the internet contract monthly. In addition, EUR 18.60 for the GEZ is due every three months (per month 6,20 euros per person).
The room has direct access to the spacious balcony running around the apartment - this is also the case with the other two WG rooms. In addition to its size, the room is characterized by a large floor-to-ceiling window front that provides a lot of brightness. All rooms, apart from the kitchen and the indoor hallway, are equipped with outdoor blinds that can be used electrically.

Rebecca has completely furnished her room in September, but unfortunately she has no opportunity to take her furniture to Hamburg. That's why she sells her furniture to the person interested in the room. The furniture is practically new and includes a cozy bed (140x200), a large wardrobe, a desk, dresser, a side table and curtains. Everything is in very good condition and is perfect for the room. The entire furniture store costs €1200, including cut-off for the kitchen and the rest of the furniture in the apartment, which have accumulated over the years. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for everyday life 😊

The WG also includes a long-drawn, quite wide hallway, a medium-sized bathroom with window, toilet and tub with shower separation as well as a large kitchen with table where you can find at least four people.
If there is a car, there is room for it all year round in the large parking lot in front of the house. The farm with the parking lot is fenced, accessible with several gates and video surveillance and well illuminated. For a bicycle there is a small, covered one. but non-closable support available on site.
A cellar is not present, but there is a storage room where the washing machine is standing, laundry can be suspended and smaller items can also be accommodated in consultation.

Das Zimmer verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum rund um die Wohnung laufenden, großzügigen Balkon- dies ist auch bei den anderen beiden WG Zimmern der Fall. Zusätzlich zu seiner Größe zeichnet sich das Zimmer durch eine große bodentiefe Fensterfront aus, die für viel Helligkeit sorgt. An allen Zimmern außer der Küche und dem innenliegenden Flur sind außerdem Außenrollos, die sich elektrisch bedienen lassen.

Rebecca hat ihr Zimmer im September komplett eingerichtet, aber leider hat sie keine Möglichkeit, ihre Möbel nach Hamburg mitzunehmen. Deswegen verkauft sie ihre Möbel an die Person, die an dem Zimmer interessiert ist. Die Möbel sind praktisch wie neu und umfassen ein gemütliches Bett (140x200), einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch, Kommode, einen Beistelltisch sowie Vorhänge. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand und eignet sich perfekt für das Zimmer. Der gesamte Möbelverkauf kostet 1200 €, inklusive Abschlag für die Küche und den restlichen Möbeln in der Wohnung, die sich im Laufe der Jahre angesammelt haben. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was für den Alltag nötig ist 😊

Die WG beinhaltet außerdem einen langgezogenen, recht breiten Flur, ein mittelgroßes Bad mit Fenster, WC und Wanne mit Duschabtrennung sowie eine große Küche mit Tisch, an dem man mindestens mit vier Leuten Platz findet.
Falls ein Auto vorhanden ist, gibt es ganzjährig auf dem großen Parkplatz vor dem Haus Platz dafür. Der Hof mit dem Parktplatz ist umzäunt, mit mehreren Toren zugänglich und Videoüberwacht und gut beleuchtet. Für ein Fahrrad steht ein kleiner, überdachter. aber nicht verschließbarer Unterstand auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung.
Ein Keller ist nicht vorhanden, jedoch gibt es einen Abstellraum, in dem die Waschmaschine steht, Wäsche aufgehängt werden kann und auch kleinere Gegenstände in Absprache untergebracht werden können.
