Liebe Studierende!
Bei uns ist ein geräumiges Zimmer frei geworden, perfekt für euch! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für ein komfortables Leben braucht :) Das Zimmer wird mit einer Probezeit von 2 Monaten vermietet und kann danach verlängert werden. Die Kaution beträgt 250€, was vor allem in der kalten Jahreszeit und wegen der individuellen Heizkosten relevant ist.
Die helle Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Direkt gegenüber liegt das große Einkaufszentrum Rheincenter im Weiden Zentrum, zur U-Bahn sind es nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Parks und das Rhein-Energie-Stadion sind nur 5 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt.
Wir erwarten eine ordentliche Person. Unser Reinigungsplan ist flexibel: jeder schreibt einfach auf ein Blatt, wann er gesaugt hat. In der Wohnung wohnen ich, meine Partnerin und noch ein weiterer Mitbewohner (Student).
