Am 03.02 oder einige Tage früher ziehe ich aus und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ein Doppelzimmer d.h es könnte eventuell eine andere Mädel mit dir wohnen. Aber ich wohne hier seit einem Jahr und hatte immer das ganze Zimmer für mich selbst.
Das Zimmer befindet sich am 3. Etage. Da es ein Doppelzimmer ist, gibt es ausreichenden Platz für alles. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist komplett mobiliert und verfügt über ein Bett, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, Kommode, Bücherregal, Tisch, 2 Stühle und ein Kühlschrank. Es liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, also dringt nicht viel Lärm herein.
Es gibt 4 Toiletten und 4 Duschen zur Verfügung für alle Mitbewohnerinnen. Die WG ist auf Seite A und B aufgeteilt, also du würdest 2 Duschen mit 3 anderen Mädchen teilen. Du kannst aber natürlich auch die Duschen von der Seite A benutzen.

I'm moving out February 3rd or some days earlier and looking for someone to rent my room.
The room is a double room, which means that another girl could possibly live with you. But I've been living here for a year and have always had the whole room to myself.
The room is on the 3rd floor. Since it's a double room, there's enough space for everything. Your future room is fully furnished and has a bed, wardrobe with mirror, night table, bookcase, table, 2 chairs and a small fridge. It's not on the main street, so not much noise gets in.
There are 4 toilets and 4 showers for everyone. The WG is divided in side A and B, each side has 2 showers, so you would share them with 3 other girls. But you can also use the ones from side A, it’s nothing restricted.

Die Lage ist super. Das Gebäude befindet sich an der Neusser Straße. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein LIDL und 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einen Rewe. Die Bahnstelle mit den Linien 15 und 12 ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (gegenüber dem Rewe). Man kann in wenigen Minuten Stationen wie Florastraße, Ebertplatz, Hansaring und Friesenplatz erreichen.

The location is great. The building is on Neusser Straße. There is a LIDL directly opposite and the Rewe is 5 minutes away. The train station with lines 15 and 12 is a 5-minute walk away (in front of the Rewe). You can reach central stations like Florastraße, Ebertplatz, Hansaring and Friesenplatz in just a few minutes.

Aktuell wohnen hier andere 9 Mädchen. Alle sind international. Alle Mädchen sind nett und respektvoll. Das Leben in der WG ist ruhig, jede hat ihre Privastsphäre, ist aber auch für einen kleinen Plausch in der Küche oder Wohnzimmer offen.
Küche:
Es ist eine große Küche und bietet genug Platz für mehr als zwei Personen, die gleichzeitig kochen. Jede hat ihre eigene Regal in der Küche.
Du kannst alle Geräte in der Küche benutzen: Toster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich auch in der Küche.

Right now there are other 9 girls living here. Everyone is international. All the girls are nice and respectful. Life in the WG is quiet, each has their privacy but is also open for a small conversation in the kitchen or living room.
Kitchen:
It is a large kitchen and offers enough space for more than two people cooking at the same time. Each has their own shelf in the kitchen.
You can use all the devices in the kitchen: toaster, kettle, microwave.
The washing machine is also in the kitchen
