Das Zimmer sind ca. 16qm groß.
Ein grosses Fenster ggü. der Tür sorgt den ganzen Tag für viel Licht.
Der Boden ist, wie fast in der ganzen Wohnung, Parkett und mit Fußbodenheizung.
Ausserdem haben wir 2 Abstellkammern die gut genutz werden, nicht zu vergessen der Abstellraum auf dem Balkon.
-> Zimmer wird nur untervermietet, für die Möbel möchte ich 500€ Kaution.

The rooms are approximately 16 square metres in size.
A large window opposite the door provides plenty of light throughout the day.
The floor is parquet, as in most of the flat, and has underfloor heating.
There are also 2 well used storage rooms and a storage room on the balcony.
-> The room is only sublet, for the furniture I would ask for a 500€ deposit.
Die Wohnung liegt an der ruhigen Schwalbacher Straße. Der Vorgebirgspark ist direkt hinter dem Haus, in dem viele Menschen gerne mal Zeit verbringen mit chilliger Musik.
Der äußere Grüngürtel ist ebenfalls unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Wenn du gerne Zeit in der Natur verbringst, wirst du dich in die Wohnung verlieben.
Die Linie 12 mit 6 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
Mehrere Busse (131,134) fahren auch direkt in der Nähe ab.
Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in 20 min ebenfalls zu erreichen. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Dm, Döner, Netto, Aldi, Lidl, türkischer Supermarkt etc. sind auch in Fussnähe.
The apartment is located on the quiet Schwalbacher Straße. The Vorgebirgspark is directly behind the house, where many people like to spend time with chilling music.
The outer green belt is also right nearby.
If you like to spend time in nature, you will fall in love with the apartment.
Line 12 within 6 minutes walking distance.
Several buses (131,134) also depart right nearby.
The city center can also be reached by bike in 20 min. Any shopping facilities: Dm, Döner, Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Turkish supermarket etc. are also within walking distance.
Du wirst mit Maulik, Swapnaja und Lui wohnen.
Maulik und Swap arbeiten beide Vollzeit. Luisa macht im moment eine Ausbildung.
Wir alle sind sehr felxibel, gerne mal zuhause aber auch gerne draussen unterwegs.
An manchen Abenden kochen wir zusammen oder machen einen Spieleabend.
Was gesucht wird:
Bei uns ist jeder willkommen der offen, herzlich und einen ehrlichen Umgang pflegt.
Wenn man nachhause kommt, sollte man sich wohl und aufgehoben fühlen.
Ein Miteinander wie zb. Spontanes Clubbing, witzige Bar besuche oder einen Wein an den Rheintreppen.
Wg Abende mit Freunden oder einfach zu 4 auf der Couch gammeln bei Netflix.
Dein Wg Zimmer ist natürlich auch dein Rückzugsort in dem du auch mal deine Ruhe genießen kannst.
Besuch und Freunde sind immer herzlich willkommen!

You will be living with Maulik, Swapnaja and Lui.
Maulik and Swap both work full-time. Luisa is currently doing an apprenticeship.
We are all very flexible, like to be at home but also like to be out and about.
Some evenings we cook together or have a games evening.
What we are looking for:
We welcome anyone who is open, warm and honest.
When you come home, you should feel comfortable and at home.
A get-together such as spontaneous clubbing, fun bar visits or a wine on the Rhine steps.
Shared evenings with friends or simply bumming around on the couch with Netflix.
Your shared room is of course also your retreat where you can enjoy some peace and quiet.
Visitors and friends are always welcome!

Eine Abschlagszahlung von 500€ für die Möbel im Zimmer fällt an.
