A nice room with everything you need. Bed, closet, chest of drowers, lights.
A desk is also in the room but not on the pictures.

Your room is loacted to the garden side of the house.
Furthermore there is a well appointed kitchen, separated bathrooms and a hall, where the kitchen table is located.
We will tidy up some space for you, so you can use stowage in the kitchen and the bathroom.
We live in the beautiful district Sülz. The train-station, to use line 9 or 13, are 8 minutes away.
To get to the Cologne university you need:
- 13 minutes by train
- 8 minutes by bike
Klettenbergpark is just a cross the street. 1 km and Decksteiner Weiher.
Rewe, Lidl, bakery’s and stuff like this can be reached by walking.
We are a couple, we work in Cologne and we like to go on holidays.
We want to improve our english with you and also want to rent the room because we don’t need it at the moment.
Michael also works aboard, he is nonresident a couple of weeks during the year.
If it works out, the rent contract can be extended.
