Das Zimmer welches vermietet werden soll ist ca 9qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster welches auf den Balkon führt. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung 2 weitere Schlafzimmer wo eines die tür zum Balkon hat (genutzt als Durchgang zum Balkon), sowie eine Küche, Flur, Dusche und Toilette (getrennt) und eine Abstellkammer.
Unser dritter Mitbewohner ist in dem zeitraum nicht zuhause udn möchte es untervermieten. Die Möbel bleiben alle. ( klamotten sind raus )
Die Wohnung liegt in Zollstock nahe der Haltestelle Gottesweg, wo die 12 fährt ( ca 8min )und zur 18bzw 13 sind es zu Fuß ca13min, eine Bushaltestelle (130/134 ca 3min) . Supermarkt, Apotheke, usw sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
In der WG wohnen Falko und Ich (Vivien), wir sind vefreundet und unternehmen gern was zusammen. ( Keine Zweck-WG). In einer unteren Etage wohnen ebenfalls gute Freunde von uns. Wir beide sind am studieren im 3. Semester.

Da es nur für eine sehr kurze zeit ist würden wir eimal die Miete abrechnen (bei Einzug) und keinen Richtugen vertrag machen. Ummelden auf diese adresse daher dann nicht möglich:)
