Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin ab März zur Untermiete für vorerst 5 Monate mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung oder unbefristet.
Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof und ist daher etwas ruhiger aber auch dunkler.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrale auf der Merowingerstraße mit überdachtem Balkon und Blick auf die Elsaßstraße.
Es sind nur 2 Minuten zum Chlodwigplatz.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und unter uns im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein griechisches Restaurant und einen Kiosk.
Nun zu mir, deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin Rena, 28 Jahre alt und arbeite als Digital Designerin in einer Agentur.
In meiner Freizeit koche ich sehr gerne, gehe Tanzen oder beschäftige mich mit Tech Art.
Ich würde mich als sehr gesellig bezeichnen aber brauche und respektiere auch Zeit für einen selbst.
