Hi Everybody,
Our roommate Eva is moving away for her summer internship so we're renting out her room for the two months.
The room is spacious. It has a double bed and a big couch. The room faces a backyard so it's very quiet. It also has a huge window and gets tons of sunlight.
The apartment has everything you'd need to cook, a washing machine and dishwasher. We have a small living room with a dining table but love hanging out on our big roof in the summer.
The room is in the Südstadt, a very lively and young area of Cologne. There's many bars, beer gardens, restaurants and Cafes within a 10 minute walk. A REWE is a 5 minute walk, a dm 6 minutes and an ALDI about 7.
Parni and Rulla work full-time, Till's a masters student and Colm is visiting us from Ireland for the summer. We've been living together for a couple of years and love hanging out together. In the summer you'll find us in a beer garden, a park or having a few drinks on the roof.
Three out of four roommates aren't Germans so our main language of communication in the apartment is English. We're a mix of smokers and non-smokers but only smoke outside on the roof.
We don't have a strict cleaning plan or budget and have managed to keep the apartment fairly clean and stocked with toilet paper so far.
NOTES:
- We have to pay rent at the start of the month so although you'll be moving in on the 7th, we'll have to ask for your share for the July rent in advance.
- We're happy to schedule either online or in person viewings
- Move in and out dates are flexible by a few days
