Das Zimmer ist in einem schönen Altbau in der Lindenstraße. Es grenzt ans Belgische Viertel und der Rudolfplatz ist fußläufig in drei Minuten erreichbar. Wir leben zu zweit in einer schönen geräumigen Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Da ich über den Sommer verreise, suche ich eine Person, die mein Zimmer für 5 Wochen mieten möchte (Zeitraum 06.07 - 11.08). Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine entspannte Sozialarbeiterin und das WG-Leben verläuft ist sehr nett. Wenn du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne bei mir. Online - und Life- Besichtigungen sind möglich.

Der Rudolfplatz ist 3 Minuten entfernt; Straßenbahnlinien 1, 7, 13 und 15 fahren von dort aus weiter in alle Richtungen. Der Zülpicher Platz ist 8 Minuten entfernt. Der Beginn der Brüsseler Straße und das Belgische Viertel sind auch nur 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Die Lage ist also absolut zentral.

Wir leben zu zweit. Wir beide sind aber viel unterwegs, daher hat man die Wohnung auch mal für sich. Wir sind beide ordentliche Menschen und achten darauf, dass die Wohnung halbwegs sauber bleibt. Wir sind aber auch keine Ordnungsfummel.
