Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode/Regal für die Kleidung und eine Couch. Es befindet sich an der Südseite, d.h. es ist morgens bis abends immer schön hell. Wem das zu hell ist, kann natürlich auch die Vorhänge zuziehen :-)

Es gibt eine Münzwaschmaschine im Keller und einen Waschsalon 300 Meter entfernt. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine.

Rewe ist circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Aldi 6 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden: Die Bushaltestelle zum Heumarkt ist 2 Minuten entfernt, die Bushaltestelle zum Hbf 8 Minuten, und die Straßenbahn (16 Richtung Hbf/Uni und Richtung Bonn) etwa 6 Minuten zu Fuß.

Bayenthal ist ein eher ruhiges, aber sehr schönes Stadtviertel. Der Chlodwigplatz ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt, und in der Südstadt ist eigentlich immer etwas los.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für 3 Monate unter, weil ich in der Zeit in Kanada bin. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner heißt Henning, ist 28 und berufstätig, ist also tagsüber unter der Woche nicht da. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, es gibt keinen Putzplan, sondern jeder putzt einfach das, was anfällt.

Mein Mitbewohner und ich würden euch gerne kennenlernen, am liebsten persönlich! Weil mein Mitbewohner berufstätig ist, werden alle Besichtigungstermine Freitag ab 14 Uhr oder am Wochenende stattfinden.
