Das Zimmer bleibt möbliert, 12qm groß, hat eine gemütliche Dachschräge und ein Fenster nach hinten raus mit Blick auf den Böcking Park. Dadurch ist es schön ruhig und morgens erhellt die Sonne das Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird zum 15.07. bis zum 12.08. frei (flexible, falls du für einen kürzeren Zeitraum suchst).
Ich werde für dich Platz im Kleiderschrank/Regal schaffen, es gibt frische Bettwäsche und jede Menge spannende Bücher, durch die du gerne stöbern kannst!

The room will stay furnished, 12qm big and there is a cozy sloping roof with the window from which you have a view into the Böckingparc behind the house. Due to that the room is nicely quite and in the morning the sun lights up the room.
The room will be available from July 15. until August 12. (flexible) --> in case you want to stay only a shorter amount of time, thats also an option :)
I will make some room for you in the closet/shelf, there will be fresh bedding and lots of interesting books to dig into, most of them in german, some spanish, some english.
Unsere WG ist in Köln Mülheim aka. Müllem, nähe der Haltestelle Keupstraße und ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Rhein, am Mäuerchen, wo es sich besonders im Sommer schöne Sonnenuntergänge bei kühlen Getränken genießen lässt. Einen Kiosk haben wir direkt gegenüber und auch das Limes (linke Kneipe) ist direkt ums Eck. Außerdem gibt es Tischtennisplatten und kleine Parks ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es jede Menge, Netto 5min, Rewe 10min, Rossmann + Karadag 8min., außerdem ist zwei Mal die Woche Markt auf dem Wiener Platz :)

Our flat in placed in Köln Mülheim aka. Müllem, close to the metrostop Keupstraße and round about 5 min. away from the rhein (river) and the so called "Mäuerchen", where you can enjoy some lovely sunsets with some cold drinks. There is a little shop directly on the other street, a left bar called Limes close by. Beside that there are some tabletennis/ping pong places and the Böckingpark straight behind the house. The are planty of shopping possibilitys (Rewe, Netto, Rossmann etc.) close by as well as a market twice a week.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen für den Zeitraum sind Valeska (sie/ihr) und Sofia (keine Pronomen).
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, wie z.B. Kaffee trinken, uns austauschen, kochen und zusammen essen, in der Wohnung rum rödeln, an den See fahren, in die Sauna, zu Konzerten...gleichzeitig sind wir mit unseren eigenen Projekten, Lohnarbeit und friends unterwegs. Die WG ist unser Zuhause und soll auch weiterhin ein Wohlfühlort bleiben, an dem uns Gemeinschaft und Achtsamkeit sowie ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit sehr am Herzen liegen.

Your flatmates will be Valeska (she/her) and Sofia (no pronouns).
We like to share time together, such as drinking coffee, have a chat, cook and eat together, do stuff inside the flat or outside like driving to the lake (which is close by), going to the sauna or concerts... at the same time each one has their own projects, wage labor, friends. Our flatshare is our home and it should continue being a place where we feel good, where we share community and mindfullness aswell as a surtain degree of tidiness matters to us!
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, wir haben eine große offene Wohnküche sowie ein Wohnzimmer, indem sich das meiste gemeinschaftliche Leben abspielt. Außerdem gibt es von Valeskas Zimmer aus einen Zugang zur Dachterrasse, die wir gemeinsam begrünen und wo es sich gut abhängen lässt.
Im Innenhof kannst du dein Fahrrad abstellen, im etwas feuchten Keller kannst du bei Bedarf etwas unterstellen.

The apartment is an old building, we have a large open-plan kitchen and living room where most of the communal life takes place. From Valeska's room, there is also access to the roof terrace, which we green together and is a great place to hang out.
You can park your bike in the courtyard and store something in the somewhat damp cellar if necessary.
