Hey :)
Ich biete ein WG-Zimmer an. Insgesamt sind 2-Zimmer in der WG frei. Beide sind 18qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Die Miete beträgt 450€-Warm da ist alles drin (Strom, Gas, Internet). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Optional kann ein Bett erworben werden. Das Mietverhältnis ist erst bis zum 31.12.2024 befristet, aber wenn das WG-Leben harmonisch ist. Wird daraus ein unbefristetes Mietverhältnis.

Für den Abschlag der Wohnung (Kühlschrank/Spülmaschine etc.) kommen nochmal 100 € dazu.
Die Kaution liegt bei 300€.

Ich freue mich, von dir zu hören. Ich werde immer abends die Nachrichten durchgehen. :)

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe/Netto/Lidl) sind direkt vor der Tür sowie die S-Bahn-Station, mit der man super schnell in die Stadt kommt. Parkplätze findet man auch gut. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2. Stationen entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es auch gute & günstige Restaurants.

Im Frühling/Sommer ist es besonders schön hier, da der Lohsepark um die Ecke ist, ich schätze, er ist 300 Meter entfernt.

Derzeit leben in der WG Joelle 25 und Meike 23, beide sind Studentinnen. Joelle studiert Psychologie und Meike Lehramt. Das WG-Leben ist super harmonisch und beide sind immer für eine spaßige Aktion zu begeistern.
Da sich unsere WG so langsam auflöst, werden 2 Zimmer frei.

Möchtest du jedoch deine Ruhe haben, kannst du einfach die Tür schließen.
